Most other karting facilities use de-tuned 4-stroke concession karts for their driving programs that are "dressed up" to look like real racing karts. At Moran Raceway we're all about performance. That's why we only utilize real racing karts in all of our programs. We have a large fleet of championship-winning race chassis that are equipped with purpose-built, 2-stroke race motors. Our Top-Karts handle perfectly, with no shifting, just a centrifugal clutch that engages at low rpm, our karts allow beginners to focus on learning the racing line and the techniques of high-speed driving. Our Top-Karts also challenge and help experts perfect their smoothness and kart control. Rest assured, the strong acceleration hit combined with the phenomenal cornering ability of these karts lets anybody know that these are pure racing machines.
